If you don't do it, it's its basic duty. DJI pioneered high-pressure hot water flushing technology, which has an integrated large sewage suction mop tray that is not easy to clog, and has multiple functions such as high-temperature drying to eliminate dirt and odors at the source.

The high-performance motor inside the robot uses 9-blade metal fan blades, and with a specially optimized air duct design, the air intake is doubled in the same gear, which can deliver an astonishing vacuum pressure of 25,000 Pa, and the dust is sucked out in one go.

Carry a large water tank with you, wet mop to remove stubborn stains

The machine comes with a large 164ml water tank, which can keep the mop moist even when cleaning large rooms, preventing the rag from being too dry and not being clean. The amount of water will also be flexibly adjusted according to the situation to make every part of the home cleaner.

The middle brush adopts a double cantilever spiral structure, driven by two large torque motors, which can not only solve the tangle of long hair, but also easily handle large particles such as dust and peanut shells.

DJI's first triple anechoic cabin is soft and not noisy, and by carefully arranging the position of the anechoic cabin and using ultra-long exhaust anechoic pipes to reduce noise step by step, up to 80% of the noise during the dust collection process is filtered to avoid disturbing family and pets.

Shipping and Delivery
For the sake of prompt deliveries, we will use multiple courier services companies such as Citylink, GDEX, DHL or any other courier services. Customers will receive related information regarding their orders as to the courier service used, tracking numbers and time of delivery.

Ships Time
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 2 – 5 working days.
 
Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
 
Shipping Cost
Enjoy free delivery/shipping for orders above RM2000.00 in a single order/ receipt. Orders outside of Peninsular Malaysia (e.g. Sabah/Sarawak/Brunei) is not eligible to FREE SHIPPING.

Passage and Acceptance of Risk
Customers’ purchased items from our Company will be packed according to the compliance of the minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. Because our delivery of the customer’s purchased item is through the courier service company that constitutes delivery of the item to the customer, the risk of loss or damage shall be passed on to you at the time we deliver your purchased item to the courier company. Any claim you may have regarding damage to the item during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the courier. Any claims against the Company for shortage or damage occurring prior to our delivery of the item to the courier must be made within five (5) days after your receipt of the goods and must be accompanied by an original transportation bill signed by the courier noting that the courier received the goods from the Company in the condition claimed.

We are charging RM20 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 - RM90 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

We have a 2-day 1-to-1 exchange policy (from received date) for defective products, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Acceptance of Order
Aeroseek will be deemed to have accepted your Order on the first to occur of issue to you: of a tax invoice for the sale and the fulfillment of your Order.

Representations of goods or services for sale made by Aeroseek via the website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat.

You will receive an email from Aeroseek as soon as practicable after you have confirmed your Order and made payment. If you have any questions regarding your Order you may contact Customer Support. Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your Order by us but merely confirms our receipt of your Order.

If your Order is not accepted by Aeroseek, Aeroseek will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.

Aeroseek may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, goods or services on the website, or an error of any kind in or relating to your Order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at contact@aeroseek.my as long as it has not been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@aeroseek.my. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

Warranty
1 Year Warranty for all main products. If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting us.
